The evaluation concerns solutions of CDC Software – Pivotal Corporation, Entellium, FrontRange Solutions, Maximizer Software, Microsoft, NetSuite, Onyx Software, Oracle, RightNow Technologies, Sage Software, salesforce.com, Soffront Software and SugarCRM. The report has been created on a base of questionnaire sent to 15 producers of CRM options and analysis of 28 references.
This research shows Pivotal CRM as an appropriate option for larger, more complex deployments, suitable for companies interested in flexible and easy to modify solution.
